IMPORT OF EXHIBITS
Exhibitors are at liberty to bring in exhibits for the purposes of the exhibition but in non-commercial quantities. All exhibitors have a waiver from NAFDAC whether product is registered or not. Ordinarily no Food/Beverage/Drug/Chemical item are allowed for imports into Nigeria without prior registration with NAFDAC. Such exhibit items as may be brought in for the exhibition must not be sold at the exhibition hall or in the market overt. Exhibits could be sent in by Air Cargo, Sea or accompanied by Exhibitor upon arrival. Exhibitors may also send in exhibits ahead of time via the Organizer for storage under appropriate condition pending agreement on Freight fees. Heavy machinery could also be sent ahead of time to the Organizer, at least 45 days before event starts. Shipments from Asia, Europe, America, may take 30-60 days approximately. It would normally take 2weeks to get it out from the port if sent by sea freight.
STAFF & EXTRA’S
Companies that require attendants may request ahead of time, including extra booth accessories. (Refrigerators, TV, Cameras, Projectors, Shelves, etc).
Visitors may register online or apply directly by email. Foreign visitors are liable to pay US$200.
Entry visas are are needed for entry into Nigeria except for visitors from any of the ECOWAS member States. Exhibitors are to get letters for visa issuance and may apply to the nearest consular office. Registration and payment receipts may serve as further proof of eligibility. The trip to Lagos Nigeria would often vary from 6-18 hours depending on country of departure and flight connections. All the major Airlines have direct or connecting flights to the Muritala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos. There are other International Airports (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Kano) from where connecting flights are readily available to Lagos, depending on Airline.
Valid Visa, International Passport, Letter of Registration & Participation in the exhibition, Hotel reservation.
Admission into the exhibition hall is free except for foreign visitors who require letters for visa applications Fee: US$200.
Exhibitors and Visitors alike have badges for identification and entry into the exhibition hall. E-Badges may be sent ahead of exhibition or picked up at the registration desk. Fresh registrations could also be done at the point of entry. Entry is free for local participants but for visitors from overseas who require special invitation letters for visa, a fee of US200 is payable.
Visitors who have bags could submit them for safe storage at no extra costs at the point of registration.
GSM Sims are easy to procure and international dials are at very reasonable rates. Also there is Wi-Fi facility in the exhibition halls and hotels for swift internet access.
There are several restaurants serving different cuisines in the vicinity of the exhibition hall. Meals and breakfast are STANDARD EUROPEAN, CHINESE, MEXICAN, THAI ENGLISH etc.
The major international currencies are easily interchangeable as there are several Bureau de Change offices in the vicinity. EURO, US DOLLAR, POUNDS STERLING, YUAN.
There are shops for African art works for tourist benefits in the ambience of the center. There are cafes, dance clubs that offer all Nights leisure.

There are several partner Hotels, however exhibitors are liberty to choose from any of the others most of which are, depending on traffic situation, less than 5 minutes drive away. FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON LAGOS.
PROMOTION & MARKETING
TV Commercials, Radio Jingles, Press Releases, SMS & Email message blasts to a select audience, Road Shows, Bill Boards, Partnership with Various Professional Associations, Invitations and Direct Visits. The event will displayed live on National network TV to an audience of over 50million people.

The exhibition hall is completely secure and manned by properly trained security personnel all through the duration of the event. Entry into the exhibition hall is strictly by registration as non-registered visitors may not be allowed in. All entrants would pass through a screening facility for good measures.
